This movie, 'Eight Days a Week', borrowed from the Beatles song of the same name, was apparently filmed right before Russell became a hot item. a great coming of age movie for anyone. Crazy Lady Two guys and a female hitchhiker are terrorized by a monstrous looking man driving a giant monster truck. the performance is also ok . Scott Stone ... Also, I want to mention that for an independent film, the quality of the lighting was very good. Sam is having the worst day of his life when he gets thrown off his art course and dumped by his girlfriend in the same day, he then meets a girl called Hope who gives him back his smile. A pointless excuse for a feature film, "Eight Days A Week" has just about nothing going for it at all. Patrick O'Brien When students from upper crust Malibu mix with ones from working class San Fernando Valley, they discover that certain issues cut across class boundaries. The exploits of the guy's best friend in his search for self satisfaction were unbelievably funny, and this movie turned in to quite a nice viewing surprise. I woke up one Sunday morning, and my roommate yelled at me to watch it with him. Anyway, I don't think it was the funniest movie ever, as others found, but it wasn't torture to watch either. This movie is about a guy that is in love with a gal and decides to impress her by standing outside her house until she decides to give him a chance. Hope that doesn't sound/read elitist, because it is definitely not meant to be read that way.
