We ultimately chose Parc because it the newest apartment complex in the Emeryville area and it's far away from the train. The grounds are well kept and it is relatively quiet here for a city apartment complex.

This community has a Studio - 3 bedroom, 1 - 2 bathroom, and is for rent for $1,748 - $3,125. Between the great service from my maintence guy and salesman/pool/workout-room/hot-tub/pool tables/ping pong tables/view of san francisco/the safety of the emeryville police and fire station across the street/etc, you just can't beat it.
