Perhaps both. The beach was nice as well but unfortunately the construction happening across from the Grand Hyatt’s shore ruined the experience. We have addressed this straight away to our staff and escalated it to the management for immediate action. I hope that after this memorable stay, we will be seeing you again soon? The staff are extremely friendly and try to be helpful, but unfortunately the hotel didn’t live up to our expectations, the reasons as follow; We checked in early on Thursday 5th of March and enjoyed probably the best breakfast of our trip to that point.
