Isis...not really a soothing name, especially considering it's a sanctuary. We only paid $85 for a room with two twin beds. Also, showering outside? DeTraci and her staff were wonderfully warm and welcoming!
It's a very relaxed atmosphere and walking distance toWe viewed some of the lodge rooms that were much larger than the Hobbit Hut and all individually...This is not a hotel -- the Cabernet Cabin is a funky, 40s-era cottage. I found that odd considering there were fewer amenities to use but booked anyway since it seemed like a unique experience.
On top of all of this, there is a Mother Tree, there that is over 600 year old and towers over the grounds as if to watch and protect.
