The main complaint that we had was the beds. I was on the second floor and there was another office next to my room. Had the comedy barn right across the street and plenty of shops and activities around close by.” May need to replace it.Non-Smoking room that smelt like people were smoking in it the day before. The beds were hard as a rock, after 20 minutes of running the air I realized were the mold smell was coming from, and when we went in the bathroom and closed the door there was a used wash rag hanging on the hook that looked like it's been there a year! The bed was obviously made out of rusty lawn chairs and old springs, because that is what it sounded like when you sat down on the bed, or even just moved your arm during the middle of the night.

Pool was very nice but needs more shade for little ones. Free self parking is … No problems at all.The only thing that we experienced was the free wi-fi was not good. The Comedy Barn Theater is minutes away. The complimentary breakfast consisted of biscuits, egg patty, and waffles. It was so caked with dust and grime that hardly any air came out at all. You get what you pay for...we had a groupon. It was about a 10 minute drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Squeaky and obnoxious. This is probably the most red neck and heathen place I have ever stayed. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was mediocre. The Comedy Barn Theater is minutes away. The restrooms and changing rooms…""I have stayed at this location several times. I was very disappointed. Book your room today with Hotels-Rates.com.

It's clean but has a funny smell. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Contact the business for more information about recent service changes. The only negatives is the parking lot is small so parking can be difficult in the evenings which may result in a short walk to your room. No more because the beds were bad , and I mean baaaaaaaaaad.

Bathroom was wet when we got there and had plaster falling from the ceiling when we showered.Bugs in room, duct tape in shower, wash cloths plugging holes in ceiling tiles, staff not friendly or efficient, ice maker not working, no parking due to concert being held in parking lot.

This was great bc you definitely want to spend as much time as possible away from your room.We were heading down to the smokeys in Tennessee so decided to book our trip through groupon. If the door was locked he could just pull the handle down and the door would open. I asked the girl on the phone from the hotel why and she told me they are going into the summer season June 1st so the price increased even though I told them it was still listed on groupon for $39.00 a night. I have to say for the price of the rooms it's not a bad deal. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was very clean.

The Island Drive Lodge offers affordable accommodations and a family friendly atmosphere.

This is the place I always want to stay when visiting Dollywood, and Pigeon Forge in general. Although it was 30 degrees outside, the room was still hot and humid; so much so that there was condensation on the inside walls and window. With an excellent location across from The Island in Pigeon Forge, Island Drive Lodge offers a free breakfast, seasonal outdoor pool, free newspaper, guest laundry and free Wi-Fi. I will stay there again. One star because the staff was very nice. $46 per night (Latest starting price for this hotel). This is just the type of hotel we were looking for. but loved the location.
