My wife said she had initially thought the bridge over the falls was a swinging bridge, thankfully it was not. Per night/room.
It took 50 minutes each way to bike. Highly recommend. over the falls and spent some time on the outlooks.The waterfall is beautiful and it is a hidden gem of doesn't go too fast and the view is really worth it if you get into a car with clean windows.Ride the cable car, take a walk in the paths and across the suspended bridge over the impressive 83-meter high waterfall (1 1/2 time as high as Niagara Falls) to admire île d'Orléans and the St. Lawrence River. You can either take a walk up the stairs from the main road (approx 500 steps) or you can drive up to the manor and it's a 5 min walk to get on top of the falls.

I would say this is a must do.Definitely a must see when you are in Quebec City. You can walk up to the base, as well as do a zip line activity above it.
The home is super clean/stylish and the amenities available definitely came in handy. The bus definitely takes some time (about an hour from the Parliament area), but it drops you at the to the top of the falls.
Currently, believe checking in on Yelp, will get you in free.While not as wide as Niagara Falls, Montmorency Falls is higher. We didn't head down the panoramic stairs as that would be hard to do with a baby/stroller in tow...heck looking from a far, it even looked difficult for your average person! There are also cable cars that you can ride up and down, though it didn't appear to be running during my time there.Some reviewers confuse these Falls of Montmorency outside of Quebec City with the Montmorency Park in Quebec City - they are two different places.
