Early this week, Microsoft revealed the new Surface Slim Pen along with the Surface Pro X device.
I’m glad that I can use my old pen with the new surface pro that I’m buying.The SP4 pen (last one with a clip) works much better for me, even after the jitter was fixed (note, I’m on the 2017 SP). Microsoft has not always made it easy to to understand the differences in pen/stylus support between device generations. Everything has its problems, but this is a fantastic pen.

You can customize the top button which is nice for opening apps or screenshots, it also doubles as digital eraser!
