Vistaprint has user-friendly software and prides itself on creating professional-level marketing material. As a software engineer I know that this is probably not a hard problem to fix but Vistaprint seems either unable or unwilling to make their website work.
Its funny, sometimes dealing with companies online things can fall between the cracks and what is my recourse? They credited me for the whole order as a gift! I will always come back when I need business supplies.We have placed orders with Vistaprint for over five years and have always gotten excellent service. We truly are grateful to everyone who submitted and think that our customers will appreciate these great additions to our design selection. I was given a choice to select my own images from my documents or Vistaprint's images to design my website.
They asked me to give them 48 hours and then they would put an enginerr on the problem, seriously all for email??? I've done business cards. The first few sets of note cards were fine, but then I started getting inconsistencies with their putting the folding line in the correct place (so they fold as they should). The other products which do not have a folding line are great with no issues--calendars and two sided holiday cards. They were very good about immediately replacing it but the replacement piece came with an ugly bar code placed right above the title of the ancestry chart.

Very pleased with my recent experience with VistaPrint.
Customer Service is always helpful if I called with any questions. Sure enough, they were matte finish with metallic lettering, but my order confirmation was "Premium Glossy". So other than folding line issues I am impressed with their quality.We're so sorry we were not able to fix the issue with the note cards, Kelley. So you can only imagine the durability that I need. it looks perfect now.
