Well in my opinion Rites of War was a good game for lovers of hex based strategy games. Check out the entire Warhammer franchise on Steam. It also had Hero and squad upgrades. Inspired by the board and figurine games made popular by Games Workshop, the universe of Warhammer 40,000 is a vast and violent one, rife with strange, alien races, including the Eldar®. So I would not hesitate to buy it. Packages that include this game. Basically, (if your an armchair general) you would love the game despite reviews and at least try it for yourself.
