It was an amazing experience. I would recommend!During our family reunion at Peaks Island Maine in August 2013, we decided to take the kids (ages 9 to 11) horseback riding. She was amazing! When we got to the camp she and her staff set up each girl with a horse. I contacted Jeanann Alves who owns the camp to set up a ride. We had the best afternoon. My husband had only ridden once before and it’s been a very long time for me. Thanks Jeanann and we look forward to seeing you in June 2015 for our next reunion!!!Wow! I wanted to go horse back riding for my birthday with my two kids (5 & 8) my sister and her son joined us. The girls had lovely horses guided by friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are visiting peaks island you are missing out if you don't check it out.
