Service was a little slow, took awhile to get seated, get waters and menu. Following a call from the general manager, we elected to give it a second try...and boy are we glad we did. Raw bars typically offer a variety of raw and cooked seafood and shellfish that is served cold. Having spent some time in the South enjoying cuisine there, I would say this dish can only be compared to the best I've tasted in Charleston, SC.
